Who would like something gross like mac and cheese and bagels, anyway?  Make her some pot roast and chicken soup with lots of carrots.  If she is getting too thin, you need to give her ice cream several times a day, ask your doctor.  I know a little girl who lives in our neighborhood, and that's what her Dr. told her mom.  Ice cream!
